Tempo’s masterpiece, Prima Tropika is a small privileged community, with homes that are assets for life.
Criteria such as spacious layouts, Innovative design, quality finishing and attractive infrastructure formed the winning combination behind our project. It's a vision inspired by our pursuit to provide “Quality at Exceptional Value”.
Measuring 60 acres, Prima Tropika comprised of 470 units of tastefully designed double storey link houses and 394 units of low and medium cost apartments. This project generated sales revenue of approximately RM176.0 million. This project was launched in March 2004.
Prima Tropika is strategically located in the rapidly expanding townships of Puchong, Bukit Jalil, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya in Selangor. It is ideally located within a major network of access roads with direct links to LDP, Kajang- Sungai Besi Highway and the highway links to Bandar Kinrara and KLIA.
