Taman Cengal Utama (undertaken by Tempo Holdings Sdn Bhd, formerly known as Tempo Rekaan Sdn Bhd)

Launched April 1997, Taman Cengal Utama was the group’s maiden property development project in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. This project was successfully launched and sold out, with most units delivered ahead of schedule.

Ideally located in the established Ampangan/Paroi residential suburb which is about 5km from Seremban CBD, this project measured 48 acres and comprised of 492 of mixed residential houses and shoplots, and 179 units of low-cost flats in total. This project was sold out and generated a total sales revenue of approximately RM65 million. This project was fully completed at the end of 2003.
