1) Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager / Executive

The requirements and responsibilities:

- Min SPM or equivalent;
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience in property industry;
- Responsible for the sales and marketing of properties and administrative functions;
- Must have strong marketing background;
- Attractive remuneration package.

2) Accountant / Finance Senior Executive / Executive

The requirements and responsibilities:

- Part ACCA/MICPA or equivalent;
- Min 2 years’ experience preferably in property development industry;
- Knowledge of IFCA, FRS, PERS, etc.;
- Able to handle full set of accounts, AR administration and other daily functions of Accounts Division;
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc.;
- Attractive remuneration package.

̧ Hard working, honest and able to handle various job functions independently with high integrity; ̧ IT literate and possess good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia;̧ Resourceful and has good interpersonal skills.
